Downtown Partnership wants to divide downtown into 9 neighborhoods [Links]

"Some of the neighborhoods on Downtown Partnership’s new map, such as Seton Hill and Mount Vernon, have long had their own clearly defined boundaries. But others, such as the area surrounding the Baltimore Basilica and now dubbed Cathedral Hill, seemed like it was part of another neighborhood but was in fact considered downtown."
