5 MD companies that received most venture funding in 2013

Two Baltimore city companies are among the five Maryland companies that received the most venture capital in 2013.

• Advertising technology company Videology — based in Tide Point and founded by the brothers who founded Advertising.com — comes in at number 3, having raised $60 million.
• Biotech startup Gliknik — based out of the University of Maryland BioPark — is number 5, with $32.44 million raised in 2013.
