CyberMaryland 2013: The region’s premier cybersecurity conference returns for a third year starting Tuesday. Cybersecurity companies will be on hand to talk to potential employees. Students from area colleges will compete in cyber-themed challenges. And the deputy director of the National Security Agency will be on hand to assure us all that the government isn’t spying on Americans.
