Red Owl Analytics was one of 259 startups to pitch a panel of judges last week in the final round of the InvestMaryland Challenge. Along with 32 other companies, the Federal Hill-based software firm must wait until April 15 to discover which three startups of the 33 finalists will each win $100,000.
