It’s a bed. It’s a desk. It’s both. But you knew that was coming.
The UrbanDesk is a full-size bed frame attached to a full-size desk, which conveniently stows away underneath the bed when it’s time for you to sleep. To get back to work, simply push the bed frame up against a wall, and the desk deploys.

According to the UrbanDesk Kickstarter page, the bed frame holds a full-size mattress. Not exactly fit for a queen, but if you’re in desperate need of space in your tiny apartment, this desk might do the trick.
However, project creator Graham Phakos needs $65,000 to build the production versions of the UrbanDesk. He writes that he’s unaware of “what the final build cost could be.” But if the project is funded, he hopes to start shipping UrbanDesks as soon as May 2013.
