Bootup Baltimore is looking for donations of serviceable laptops, desktop computers and LCD monitors.

The members of the student group affiliated with Johns Hopkins University — Bootup operates out of Hopkins’ Center for Social Concern — “volunteer their time and expertise to repair recycled computers and train students in word processing, graphics design, hardware maintenance, web development, and other useful and marketable computer skills,” according to the Bootup Baltimore website.
To make a donation, fill out this online form. Bootup is accepting donations Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the JHU Center for Social Concern.
Bootup Baltimore runs two main programs. Its teaching program places volunteers inside third- through fifth-grade classrooms at Barclay Elementary School and Guilford Elementary/Middle School. A refurbishing group, which meets weekly at the Center for Social Concern, repair donated computers.
